Is Kora Collagen licensed by Singapore Food Association (SFA)?
We are Singapore Food Association (SFA) compliant and all our food processes and products meet with SFA requirements and regulations!
Is Kora Collagen freshly made?
Yes, we do not store any collagen that are unsold. All orders are freshly made, frozen immediately and shipped out within the week.
How is Kora Collagen made?
Kora Collagen is crafted using Japanese-inspired recipes in a meticulous 10-hour boiling process to capture the pure essence of collagen, nutrients and flavours, ensuring every drop is infused with nature's goodness.
Is Kora Collagen good for my kids?
Yes! Kora Collagen are naturally flavoured with no salt, MSG or additives and packed with protein and nutrition to support healthy growth and development. It's a pure and natural addition to your child's diet, free from additives.
How long does the collagen stay fresh after delivery?
Kora Collagen is delivered freshly frozen. It remains at its best quality for 6 months when stored in a freezer (-18ºC), but we recommend consuming it as soon as possible for optimal taste and quality.
Are there any salt / sugar / artificial flavourings added?
No MSG, salt or artificial flavourings are added to our broths. All broths are flavoured naturally through freshly sourced ingredients. Perfect for your little ones. You can use this as a base for your soup/dish and add on seasoning as needed.
How do I prepare Kora Collagen?
Reheating Kora Collagen Broths are easy! Simply bring Kora Collagen broths to a boil in any small pot or pan! You can also add it into any dish or meal for boost of flavour and nourishment!
How long can the Kora Collagen last after it has defrosted?
Please consume Kora Collagen within 2 days once defrosted in the refrigerator.
Orders
When will my order be shipped out?
Kora Collagen is freshly made for each batch. Once your order is placed, select your delivery timeslot to have your broths delivered freshly frozen. Freshly made, frozen immediately shipped directly to you for the freshest pure collagen soup.
Can I amend/cancel my order after confirmation?
We are unable to cancel your orders after confirmation, to provide you with the freshest collagen stock, we will start double boiling your order immediately after receiving your order.
Can I self-collect?
We are unable to provide self-collection due to food safety and hygiene purposes.
How much is delivery fees?
There is an $8 delivery fee for orders below $75. Free shipping for orders above $75.
Does anyone has to be at home during delivery?
Yes, please make sure that someone is home to receive your order. Our collagen are frozen and they needed to be store into the freezer after receiving.
In the event where our delivery team is:
1. Unable to reach you
2. No one is home
When they reach your address, there will be a redelivery charge of $15.
Can I request for refund after receiving my order?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds due to food safety and hygiene purposes.
What to do if I receive my collagen defrosted?
- Please take a photo/video of your order and drop us an email immediately.
What type of ingredients are used?
We use the freshest ingredients, sourced directly from the farm. Kora Pure Collagen consist of farm fresh meat and vegetables doubled boiled for over 10 hours for nutrient packed broths.
